Ken Lucas Injured

The Carolina Panthers cornerback Ken Lucas was injured in an altercation with Steve Smith, the wide receiver for the team during Friday morning’s practice.  According to a report in the Charlotte Observer said that a fight occurred on the sidelines between Lucas and Smith, with Smith being pulled away by team member Jon Beason.  Lucas nursed one of his eyes with an eye pack after the choice words and punches were exchanged between the players.
